Begin with a no-obligation, no-fee consultation at our office or over the phone. Our team assesses your requirement, identifies the applicable stamp duty, and advises you on the correct process and charges before any commitment.

Document Preparation

We draft or review all required documents — sale agreements, deeds, Leave & License agreements, Wills, POAs, or society paperwork — ensuring every clause is accurate, legally sound, and compliant with current Maharashtra regulations.

Stamp Duty Payment

Stamp duty is paid through our licensed channels — physical stamp paper issued by our licensed Stamp Vendor (Mrs. Kanchan S. Tarte, Thane District) or online e-SBTR via the GRAS portal and authorised banking channels.

Sub-Registrar Registration & Delivery

We coordinate the Sub-Registrar appointment, accompany parties for registration, and manage the process end-to-end. After registration, we procure Index II and certified copies, and deliver a complete documentation package to you.
