Tarte Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (TCPL) is a legal consulting, property documentation and registration services company that has served clients in Maharashtra since 1984. Founded by Adv. S.V. Tarte, with its Head Office at Dombivli (East), Thane, TCPL serves individuals, families, developers, housing societies, and corporate clients — handling matters through the appropriate Government registration offices across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan, Panvel, and the wider MMR.
Mrs. Kanchan Tarte holds a licensed Stamp Vendor licence (Thane District, since 1992), meaning stamp paper is available directly at the office — no separate vendor visit required. Adv. S.V. Tarte is a Notary Public appointed by the Government of India under the Notaries Act, 1952, with over 20 years of notarial practice and former 1st President of the Notaries Association of Maharashtra (2014). Two Sub-Registrar Offices are in the immediate vicinity of our Head Office, enabling document registration support from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Tarte is the founder of Tarte Consultants and brings over four decades of expertise in legal documentation, property registration, Will drafting, Power of Attorney, and society matters in Maharashtra. A Government of India Notary Public and former 1st President of the Notaries Association of Maharashtra (2014), he personally handles all Will registrations and complex legal advisory matters.

Mrs. Kanchan Tarte is a Director of Tarte Consultants Pvt. Ltd. She holds a personal licensed Stamp Vendor licence (Thane District, since 1992) — meaning stamp paper is available directly at the TCPL office for every transaction. Clients never need to source stamp paper from a separate vendor. Mrs. Kanchan Tarte oversees the firm's operational standards and client service quality.

Adv. Lallit Tarrte is a Director of Tarte Consultants Pvt. Ltd. and an enrolled Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa (Enrolment No. MAH/15928/2024). He contributes legal expertise to the company's documentation, drafting, and registration work across all its service areas.
