Minimum 300 sq. ft.
A dedicated, professional office space of at least 300 square feet, suitable for client meetings and document handling.
Location
Near Sub-Registrar Office
The franchise centre should be located in close proximity to a Sub-Registrar Office to enable efficient registration co-ordination.
Commitment
2-Year Lock-In Period
A minimum commitment of two years is required to establish operations, build client trust, and develop the TCPL brand in your locality.
Security Deposit
Refundable on Exit
A security deposit is payable at the time of franchise agreement execution. This deposit is fully refundable upon exit per the agreed terms.
